An original board game, now playable online

Four in a row.
But in 3D.

Fourth It turns a familiar goal into a tactical 4×4×4 battle. Build, block, pay the right coordinates and use action cards at exactly the right moment.

The idea

A board that rewards looking one move further.

Fourth It started as a physical board game. The digital edition makes the complete concept immediately playable — against the computer, together on one screen or online.

4

A real 3D objective

Horizontal, vertical and diagonal lines all count, including lines that pass through different heights of the cube.

X/Y

Coordinates are your currency

To build, the column and row must both be paid exactly with point cards. A strong position is useless if you cannot afford it.

A

Action at the right time

Action cards can move the supervisor, demolish stones, steal cards or change the tempo of a match.

Four areas, four incentives

Countryside, Village, City and Gold Coast each influence where you want to build — and what you gain by doing so.

No prototype required

You can understand Fourth It by playing it.

The browser version contains the full rules, tutorial, server-side game engine and several ways to play. Nothing needs to be installed.

For board-game publishers

Fourth It is looking for the right physical publishing partner.

The original concept was designed as a physical board game. The online edition now provides an unusually easy way to evaluate the rules, interaction and tactical depth before requesting a physical prototype.
